Brew HaHa Volunteer Application Form

Welcome and Thank you for volunteering to help with the Brew HaHa Craft Beer Fest .

Volunteer Server Duties: VOLUNTEERS MUST BE 21 years old.You will be representing the Local 2091 and 1110 Professional Firefighters.

Volunteers will help with Beer Pouring, Selling Raffle Tickets, Running Supplies, Clean-up, etc.

Volunteers will be required to attend an OLCC class "What Every Volunteer Alcohol Server Needs To Know", prior to the event. We will hold two classes: May 17 at 6pm or May 18 at 6pm in the Fairgrounds Floral Building; if you volunteer, please plan to attend.

We will have 3 shifts: Shift I = 1pm - 5pm, Shift II = 4pm - 8pm, Shift III = 7pm - 11pm. Volunteers will be scheduled for a 4 hour shift each.
